We were visiting the Odessa/Midland area 3-4 years ago and came to Far West once on that trip. We're back in the area now and came by, and Mac remembered us from 3-4 years ago. The level of service and consistency she brings to the shop is outstanding. And the coffee is great! Thank you Mac!

Nice and quaint coffee spot in Midland, TX. They were busy inside on a Saturday morning. I believe there was a running event in town. The music was really goo's while waiting for my coffee order. The baristas were nice, too.

I loved this coffee shop! I came in to kill some time and read and book and this place is so aesthetic and cute. The staff are super friendly and made me feel welcomed. The dirty chai tasted great and I loved that it was a little "spicy" compared to just regular box chai. Definitely one of the best dirty chai I have had. The cheddar scone was a great accompaniment to the latte. I will be returning next time I'm in the area to grab another drink!
Cutest place ever to just hang out. Absolutely loved it. Good coffee and matcha. They make all their own bread too which is really cool.
Far West is a hidden gem in Midland. The inside is clean, modern, with a twist of western vibes. It's the perfect place to grab a morning coffee and small bite to eat. It's also great for sitting and working or chatting with friends. My favorite item is the iced Oatchata, an oat milk based iced latte with traditional horchata flavors. Everyone I know who has tried it loves it. I definitely recommend it to locals and visitors looks for something other than a chain style coffee shop.
Excellent coffee. Excellent menu that includes your regular coffee and espresso options as well as specialties like espresso tonics, seasonal drinks and cafe de olla. Big large roomy space, beautiful tables and large windows. The staff is nice and attentive. It's sunny outside and I'm wondering if it could get any better. I think this is coffee heaven. They're out of pastries but it's the end of the day and I'm not hungry anyway. Don't hesitate, swing by Far West Coffee if you're in Midland. It's worth it.
No cap, the BEST coffee shop in the far west! Inviting interior, modern finishes, merch available and stickers too! Instagram friendly and not to mention they have oat milk options too! Some mornings they have bagels, and some mornings they have breakfast sandwiches. I love this coffee shop and have been multiple times before writing this review. Amazing people making amazing coffee. See you there tomorrow!
We stopped here for coffee wanting to try somewhere new. The place was packed with a line waiting for coffee, tables were all filled and the place was loud and crowded. Very dog friendly as lots of people had dogs. We didn't have to wait long for a seat to open up and were able to have our drinks there. I got the cardamom bun, the cafe old fashioned and the spice spice baby fall specials. The café old fashioned was very unexpected and phenomenal. Highly recommend it. The spice spice baby didn't taste like any of the spices or flavors described but was still a great cup of coffee if you weren't too disappointed with getting coffee Instead of a spiced pumpkin latte :)
